Current Court dates can be found on the Washington Courts website. In-custody arraignments are normally held on: Bonney Lake  Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Sumner Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Please contact the court for more information.

Information to Modify or Rescind a Domestic Violence No-Contact Order

If you are protected by a Bonney Lake Municipal Court or a Sumner Municipal Court No-Contact Order and would like to request a modification, you may file a Motion to Modify / Rescind No-Contact Order form.  

Restraining/Protection Orders

You may file for a temporary order online from your phone or computer at the following Link https://linxonline.co.pierce.wa.us/linx/external/app/v2/public/civilProtection/welcome .  There is a kiosk in the City of Bonney Lake Justice and Municipal building which allows individuals to file for a Domestic Violence temporary two-week protection order without having to file in Tacoma.
