The City of Bonney Lake will be starting to migrate to a new website. Starting January 1, 2026, agendas, packets, minutes, and videos will no longer be posted below. Subscriptions to meeting agendas and packets will no longer be active.

Everyone will need to resubscribe to meetings in order to receive notification that an agenda, packet, minutes, or video has been published. 

Please go to https://bonneylakewa.portal.civicclerk.com/ and click sign in to create an account, afterwards click on the subscriptions button in the upper right and choose which meetings you want notifications of.

With the new website, residents can filter, view packet documents separately, view upcoming meetings, etc.

To search on the WA State Digital Archives website, please follow the instructions below:

• Then click on what type of collection you are looking for and the Title (Bonney Lake…)
• The fill in any of the following information depending on the document to search for the document:
  -Fill in Year From and Year To OR

  -Ordinance Number OR
  -Resolution Number OR
  -A Keyword(s)
• Then click search or browse this series will show all of them 
• You will then click on the record you want
• The record will be on the next screen in the right side 

City Council Standing Committees

The City Council standing committees include Community Development, Finance, and Public Safety. Councilmembers serve as committee members and chairs for these committees.

For citizens with disabilities requesting translators or adaptive equipment for communication purposes, the City requests notification as early as possible prior to the meeting regarding the type of service or equipment needed. Community Development Committee

The Community Development Committee (CDC) exists for the purpose of considering matters that fall under the Public Services Department, including but not limited to streets, stormwater, water, sewer, parks maintenance, planning, zoning, building, annexation, and other development regulations.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee exists for the purpose of considering matters that fall under the Executive, Administrative Services, and Finance Departments, including general administration, records management, human resources, information services, facilities, finance and accounting, parks planning, and city prosecution; provided, however, that all significant financial issues including budget amendments, shall be considered at a Council Workshop rather than in the Finance Committee.

Public Safety Committee

The Public Safety Committee exists for the purpose of considering matters that fall under the Police Department or Municipal Court, as well as fire-related matters brought forward by East Pierce Fire and Rescue.
