General Information

The City water system serves an area on the plateau, generally from Rhodes Lake Road on the south to the north Pierce County line. The City provides water to approximately 30,000 people and 11,907 connections. The large majority of the City water customers are residential. A service area map is available to view on our Maps page.

City of Bonney Lake water is supplied by Grainger Springs, Victor Falls Springs, Tacoma Point Well Field and Ball Park Well. The City is dedicated to providing water that exceeds the quality requirements of the Department of Health and is going to great efforts to enhance our water quality and protect our water resources. Water quality reports are available for review below or by contacting us.
 

Water Rates
The City Utilities Department is responsible for billing and taking payment for residential and business water use. For questions about utilities rates and payments, please see the Utilities Page.

After Hours Emergencies
For after hours emergencies related to pump station and grinder pump problems (such as alarms, strange noises, etc.) and/or broken water mains please call (253) 841-5538.
