	Planning & Community Development Administration The Planning and Community Development Department provides long-range planning services, environmental and land use regulation, administration and enforcement, as well as the services of the Building Department.

	Building The Building Department is in charge of all aspects of building permitting, plan review and inspections.

	Planning The purpose of the Planning Division is to plan the long-range development of the City and administer land-use permit applications.

	Code Enforcement This page offers information on some of the most common Code Enforcement complaints, as well as the methods for reporting them and the process of resolving them.

	Comprehensive Plans The Bonney Lake Comprehensive Plan is the City’s compendium of plans for Community Character, Natural Environment, Land Use, Housing, Transportation, Parks, Utilities, Other Capital Facilities, Economic Development, and the Eastown Sub-Area.
