City Administrator's Office The City Administrator’s office is responsible for the general coordination and supervision of the activities of the various city departments and offices. The office also coordinates grant projects, inter-governmental relations, and public communications.   Facilities & Special Projects The Facilities & Special Projects division manages city facilities, events, and a variety of special projects. The City Attorney's office cannot provide legal assistance to the general public. For legal aide and other legal services please visit our Municipal Court pages. Office of the Prosecuting Attorney Reporting to the Mayor and City Administrator, the Prosecuting Attorney is an employee of the City, and coordinates with the contracted City Attorney’s Office as needed. The Prosecutor is responsible for professional legal work involving the prosecution of infractions and misdemeanors.
