City Administrator's Office The City Administrator’s office is responsible for the general coordination and supervision of the activities of the various city departments and offices. The office also coordinates grant projects, inter-governmental relations, and public communications. Finance Department Administration The Finance Department is in charge of the City’s monies, includes accounting, audits and creating and implementing the budget in accordance with the City Council’s wishes.   Utility Billing The Utility Billing division prepares bills, accepts payments, and handles customer service issues related to Water, Sewer and Stormwater services. View the utility billing page for information on utilities rates, payment options, rebate programs and more.   Accounts Receivable Accounts Receivable sends invoices to and processes payments from agencies that are provided services by the City.  Accounts Payable Accounts Payable pays the City’s bills for services and products provided by outside agencies.
