General Information
The Community Services Department is composed of the Parks Department, Facilities, the Senior Center and Special Events. Customer and Community Service are the focus of this department, which is also home to the City’s 311 line.

311 Line
The 311 line is intended as a “one stop shop” where citizen service requests can be logged, routed, acted upon, and monitored. From a Bonney Lake prefix, all you need to do is dial 311 to get the direct line of our Community Services Specialist. If she is not able to help you directly, she will log your request into our customer services system and have it forwarded to the appropriate department for action. If you see a missing street sign, a junk vehicle next door, have a nuisance to deal with, or a pot hole that needs to be filled, it will be easy to submit the request.
So, if you have a concern or request for city service, you will only have to call one number. You will also be able to submit your request online. If you are outside the City or calling from a cell phone you can reach the Community Services Specialist by dialing (253) 447-4311.
