The Administrative Services Director coordinates the City’s risk management interests in protecting the assets of the City of Bonney Lake through the identification, management and reduction of risk exposures.
Reporting Hazards in the City
If you see a pothole or other hazard on city streets or sidewalks, in parks, or on other City property, please let us know by contacting our 311 phone line. You can dial 311 from any land line in the City to reach our Customer Service Representative. From cellular phones please dial (253) 447-4311. If the Customer Service Representative is unavailable, please leave a detailed message.
Claim for Damages Form
Please complete this document when seeking reimbursement for damages for which you believe the City may be at fault. The Clerk's Office in the Administrative Services Department accepts these completed forms and forwards them to the City’s insurance authority for further processing. Please call or email the Administrative Services Director with any questions.
