City Clerk The City Clerk is in charge of working with and assisting the City Council in their duties. Records management and Public Disclosure requests are also handled by the City Clerk. Human Resources Human Resources is responsible for Recruitment and Hiring of new employees, as well as assisting current employees with benefits, salary, wellness programs and other such services. Information Technology The Department of Information Technology maintains the City’s computer systems and networks, as well as the City’s website. Risk Management Risk Management is handled by the Administrative Services Director in conjunction with the City’s Legal Department and insurance agency. This page offers information on how to file claims for damages and other related topics.
