Council Action Employment Municipal Code Passports Utility Billing   You Are Here: Home: Government: Departments: Section Contents Departments Section Contents Administrative Services Department The Administrative Services Department includes the offices of the City Clerk, Human Resources, Information Technology and Risk Management.  Community Services Department The Community Services Department manages the city's Parks, Special Events, Senior Center, Facilities Maintenance, Community Forestry, and the Customer Service 311 line. Executive and Office of Financial Services The Executive Department includes the Mayor's Office, the City Administrator's Office, and the Office of Financial Services, which includes Utility Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Municipal Court The Municipal Court deals with criminal citations, traffic infractions, warrants, hearings, and jury duty. They also provide passport services and protection and anti-harrassment orders via the Domestic Violence kiosk. Community Development Department The Department of Community Development is responsible for building permits and inspections, short and long range planning services, annexations, mapping, code enforcement and more.
