EASTOWN SUB-AREA PLAN

Eastown

General Information

Eastown is at the eastern edge of Bonney Lake, generally bounded by 214th Avenue East to the west, 96th Street to the north, 233rd/234th to the east, and 106th/Entwhistle Road to the south. The City of Bonney Lake annexed this area in 2001 in response to rapid growth and a need for commercial land. However, the area remains largely undeveloped due to the lack of water and sewer infrastructure.

In 2006, to resolve the infrastructure barriers, the City prepared an Eastown Sub-area Plan with stakeholder involvement and adopted it as part of its Comprehensive Plan on December 13, 2005. Click on the links below to the Eastown Subarea Plan or the listed portions thereof.
A copy of the Eastown plan, which includes Water/Sewer/Road Network Maps and the Access Management Guide, is available by downloading the Eastown Sub-area Plan (1.73M)

Updates
A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance was released for the Eastown Sewer Lift Station in August 2007. Read the full version online here (69K).
